4 steps: firstly, check jumbo roll raw material while offloading in our factory; secondly, check each roll before loading into production line; thirdly, random checking of finished roll from packing lines; fourth, open boxes randomly before loading into container. We keep 3 years production records for tracing back

Its common to face complaints on printing darkness, size of rolls, glue of labels, mistake on box printing, long delivery time, packaging quality like box or pallets broken, but daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, on all these meetings, we put customers comments part with top priority to discuss, to work out solutions, to establish and improve on current production or QC SOP to make sure same problems wont happen again or at least, to decrease the possibility to the minimum

AMass production time needs 2-3 weeks.Depending on the order quantity and packaging requirements, the schedule may vary slightly. With our own thermal paper and label production lines and experienced manufacturing team, we ensure stable lead times and on-time delivery.

AWe have a variety of sizes to choose , currently we only list some common sizes on the website, and we support customized sizes. If you need other sizes, please send an email to kellyhu@sailingpaper.com.

We have two ways of shipping, one is delivery to your forwarder, our factory is in Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, you can arrange your forwarder to pick up the goods at the factory, or we ship directly to your forwarder. The other one is direct delivery by us to your port by air/ship, you are responsible for customs clearance and pick up when the products arrive at the port!

AWe support T/T, PayPal, L/C, etc. For large orders, support advance payment 30%, 70% balance payment before shipment.

AThe most remarkable is payment terms. We offer more flexible choice on less or no deposit, increasing credit limit with time and transactions going on, LC with different credit days, etc. Not to say price support on annual rebate against certain quantity, delivery time with priority, introducing new inquires, support from our marketing team on picture, vedio with customers brand, etc
